NOTES: I loved the crazy physcological scare of Silent Hill games. So when Halloween came around I thought Heather would be perfect. Though my wig came in the wrong color (I will never order from Witch Wigs again), and my vest doesn't have a hood or pockets, I like this one. The shirt and skirt were bought at Target. The shirt was then dyed with Tangerine RIT dye, and the skirt lost about 7 inches off the bottom. The boots are Roxy ones my Mom bought me at Marshalls. Her little tennis braclets were a half hour project made from left over orange fabric I used to make a Kyo Sohma plushie.
The vest and boots were the most expensive parts. $30 boots and a $45 vest. But the vest is down, and it is very comfy. So no complaints here.
The wig was actually a Monica style wig that I trimmed (about 2 1/2 inches came off), and I made the bangs a little more dramatic.
